$299 – FOREIGN LLC REGISTRATION SERVICES |
If your LLC is registered in another state but you plan to do business in Illinois, you’ll have to register as a Foreign LLC in Illinois—we can do that for you. |

Foreign filings can only be expedited when filing in person. Luckily, we’re just down the street from the Secretary of State’s office and provide courier service for expedited filings for free. |

Virtual Mail and Business Address
We provide all customers with a professional Illinois business address, as well as 3 free scans of regular mail. But you can also upgrade to one of our Illinois virtual mail packages: Standard Virtual Mail Package (+10 scans – $49/yr) or Deluxe Virtual Mail Package (+25 scans – $99/yr).

Annual Report Compliance
Filing an annual report is one of those things that happens every year, and can be difficult to remember to do. Skip the headache and let us file your annual report for you for $100 plus state fees.
EIN/Tax ID
If you have an SSN we can obtain a Tax ID for you ($50). Without an SSN, it’s a little more complicated ($200).
S-Corp Tax Election
If you’re planning to create your company as a S-Corp (a special tax designation for eligible companies), we can get that filing done for you ($100).
Corporate Book & Seal
The corporate book is a leather-bound copy of your company registers, statutory records, membership/stock certificates, and meeting minutes. The seal is a professional imprint of your company’s legal name.
